Warranty Policy

One-Year Limited Warranty

DRAWELLE warrants personalized jewelry purchased directly from our official website against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the delivery date. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is subject to applicable consumer law.

What Is Covered

• A pendant or chain that arrives broken because of a manufacturing defect.
• A clasp, jump ring, solder joint, engraving, enamel application, or plating defect caused by workmanship.
• A finished item that materially differs from the approved design proof or ordered options because of our production error.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear, tarnishing, fading, surface scratches, dents, or gradual plating wear.
• Damage caused by impact, pulling, bending, snagging, improper sizing, misuse, accidents, or improper storage.
• Damage caused by water, perfume, cosmetics, cleaning chemicals, sweat, pools, seawater, extreme heat, or other environmental exposure.
• Lost or stolen items, lost stones or components caused by impact or wear, or damage repaired or altered by an unauthorized third party.
• Dissatisfaction with artwork, spelling, layout, proportions, or design details that were supplied by the customer or accepted in an approved proof.
• Minor handmade variations that do not affect reasonable use of the jewelry.

Making a Claim

Email customer support with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video. Do not send jewelry back without written authorization and return instructions.

Our Remedy

After reviewing a valid claim, DRAWELLE may repair, replace, remake, or refund the affected item at our discretion, subject to applicable law. If a covered defect is confirmed and a return is required, we will provide or reimburse reasonable standard return shipping and cover delivery of the repaired or replacement item.

Care Responsibilities

To help preserve your jewelry, store it dry and separately, avoid chemicals and prolonged moisture, remove it before swimming, bathing, sports, or sleeping, and clean it gently with a soft cloth.
