Overview

DRAWELL is operated by Shenzhen Yidale Trading Co., Ltd., a company registered in Shenzhen, China. By visiting our store, placing an order, or submitting customization content, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Account Information

You must be the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and customization information and to keep any account credentials secure.

Personalized Orders

Personalized products are created from artwork, photographs, handwriting, names, selections, and instructions supplied by the customer. You are responsible for checking product options and order information before submitting an order.

You may upload your source image during ordering or send it later by replying to your order confirmation email. After we receive your image, we send a design preview within 24–48 hours. Before production begins, design revisions and source-image changes within the ordered product options are included. Changes to material, finish, size, or product type may affect the price; we will explain any price difference and obtain your agreement before making the change or collecting an additional payment. Production begins only after you approve the final design.

Delays in receiving usable artwork, revisions, or customer approval may extend the overall timeline. You may cancel for a full refund until both the final design has been approved and production has begun, including during the design-preview and revision stage. No design fee is deducted before production. After approval and the start of production, we do not accept cancellations for change of mind or other non-quality reasons. Remedies for damaged, defective, or materially incorrect items and statutory rights remain unaffected. Email support@drawellw.us with your order number to request cancellation.

Customer Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it and authorize DRAWELL and its service providers to reproduce, adapt, engrave, trace, color, resize, manufacture, and otherwise process it solely to fulfill, support, or document your order.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, abusive, or that violates another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights. We may decline or cancel an order involving prohibited content.

Design Preview and Product Appearance

You are responsible for reviewing the design preview, including spelling, layout, proportions, and requested details, before approval. The finished item is based on the approved final design. Minor differences in color, line thickness, dimensions, plating tone, and handmade finishing may occur and are not defects.

Prices, Orders, and Payment

Prices and promotions may change without notice. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order because of payment issues, suspected fraud, prohibited content, production limitations, pricing errors, or other reasonable causes. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping and Delivery

Dispatch is within approximately 10 business days after design approval. Production starts only after approval. Shipping transit time is additional. Dates are estimates. Artwork submission, revisions, customer approval, carrier delays, customs, weather, and events outside our control may affect the overall timeline. Please review our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and Remedies

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind. Damaged, defective, or materially incorrect items are handled under our Refund Policy and Warranty Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Website and Intellectual Property

DRAWELL's website content, branding, designs, text, graphics, and media are owned by DRAWELL or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, upload malicious code, submit fraudulent information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an as-available basis. DRAWELL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the People's Republic of China, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
