From Your Memory To A Personalized Keepsake

Every DRAWELL piece is created from your own personal image or artwork.

Our customization process is simple:

1. Share Your Memory

Choose your favorite photo, children's drawing, handwriting, signature, or meaningful image. You can upload your image when ordering, or send additional options through your order confirmation email if you need help choosing the best one.

2. Design Preview

After receiving your image, our team prepares a design preview within 24–48 hours. You can request adjustments or provide a different image before production begins. We only start making your piece after you approve the final design.

3. Crafting Your Jewelry

Once approved, your personalized jewelry enters production. Each piece is carefully created using selected materials and finishes shown on the individual product page. Production takes approximately 10 business days after design approval.

4. Delivery

After production is complete, your keepsake is carefully packaged and shipped to you.
