How long does a custom necklace take to make?

Please allow approximately 15 business days for production after we receive usable artwork and you confirm the design proof. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

How do I upload my artwork?

Choose your options on the product page, then upload a clear JPG, PNG, or WebP image before adding the item to your cart. Photograph the artwork in even light and make sure the full outline is visible.

Can I request changes to the design proof?

Yes. We will work with you on reasonable adjustments related to the original artwork and ordered options until you approve the proof. Once the proof is approved and production begins, no further changes can be made. Extended revisions may delay the order.

Which materials are available?

Depending on the selected product and finish, we offer 925 sterling silver or titanium steel, with selected plated and color-enamel options.

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia, with free standard shipping on every order. Estimated transit after dispatch is 7–10 business days to the United States, 5–12 business days to Canada, and 6–14 business days to Australia.

Can personalized products be returned or refunded?

Personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind, customer-selected options, or dissatisfaction with an approved proof. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design or ordered options, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video.
